Inform is a design and construct, residential building company

Based in the bayside suburb of Sandringham, Victoria, we were established in 1994 with the vision to make architect designed houses more affordable to the wider community.

Since then, Inform has received considerable recognition, including winning the 2003 HIA Australian Home of the Year award.

Our houses are designed to look great, be wonderful to live in and are constructed using best building practice. For you, this means two things: having the benefits of a beautiful, architect designed house that you love, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing your home will be built without delay or added unseen costs.

Our show houses are located in Melbourne’s inner suburbs.

True flexibility
Inform offers a range of architect designed houses. You can select to build one as designed, or you have the flexibility to consult with our architects to modify a design to better suit you.

Whatever your choice, we’re focussed on listening to you and ensuring the outcome is perfectly suited to your requirements.

Fully customised designs
