There is a recurring theme of Inform homes being described as 'light and bright.'
Jane Price-Waterman, an Inform client described her new home as exactly that.
“It’s a really nice change to have a house that is light and bright and warm and clean,” Jane said of her familys home, the ‘Gallery 2’.
What drew Peter Waterman and Jane Price-Waterman to Inform was “the modern styling and being able to go and see the show houses,” Jane said. However, they were equally taken by the design.
“The Gallery was the reason we picked Inform, we could picture our furniture in this house and loved the design,” Jane said.
And not surprisingly, the furniture looks like it was made for the house. The great architecture and quality building is complimented by stylish furniture with a sixties touch, instantly making an impression when walking in the front door.
This combination of modern and retro gives the house significant character and charm.
Jane was very positive about the process of building their home with Inform and dealing with Consultant David Lawn.
“David Lawn was really good and obviously experienced with people with strong opinions,” Jane said with good humour.
Jane particularly loves the open-plan living area that boasts views of the local park and allows for a lot of natural light and warmth.
“We really enjoy living here,” Jane said, “we love that it’s light and bright and the location of looking over the park is great.”
“It’s a really nice sized house, it feels generous and we’ve all got space.”
Something that Jane loves about the open-plan living area, her favourite part of the house, is its adaptability.
“We love how the open-plan entertaining and living area can transform from being a light daytime area, to a comfortable and warm room at night, whilst also being a great space for entertaining.” Jane said.
“The house offers a real ease of living, it’s really nice to live in.”
