Privilege Mt Martha is pleased to announce a strategic relationship with one of Victoria's leading builders Inform Design.
Privilege will be building 4 Inform Homes initially, 2 homes commencing construction early 2010. There will be further homes built as part of our strategy to periodically release new designs onto the market over the next 3 years.
Each property will feature a Custom Architect Designed Home, onsite thatched Brush Fencing, extensive landscaping, driveways, generous outdoor entertaining areas & pools positioned to best maximise the 180 degree Bay views.
