I’d specifically like to acknowledge the amazing support of Brenden Kelly over the past 10 months, after the great experience with David Lawn.
I must admit that the stories that you typically hear about building your own home are generally negative.
This was absolutely not the case for me….quite the opposite.
From the very first day to the very last, Brenden has made my wife & I feel extremely comfortable & confident throughout the construction process.
Nothing was ever too much trouble for Brenden. He has always responded to our queries in a timely manner & kept us totally informed every step of the way through his constant communication.
I can imagine that home owners can be quite demanding & I’m sure we were….but we were never made to feel that way.
I have not just enjoyed the process, but have also learned a lot & have a totally new appreciation for what’s involved in building a new home.
I’d also like to thank Dene Macleod & Brenden for their support on the Kleenmaid Appliance Issue.
Whilst it was an unforeseen & unfortunate situation for us, they were able to work up a quick solution that avoided an even worse situation.
If I ever build another house again, Inform will be at the top of my list.
I have & will continue to recommend Inform to others.
