The California House is inspired by Richard Neutra’s classic Kaufmann Desert House in Palm Springs, one of the most architecturally significant homes of the 20th century.
The California House combines striking horizontal design and spectacular open plan living, with interiors designed by Chelsea Hing. On the ground floor, full height, double glazed windows lead out to landscaped surrounds.
Upstairs offers four bedrooms, the master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in robes. All housed beneath two dramatic roof planes that create spectacular eaves and a signature look from every angle.
